Returns
Returns run through the retail partner where the order was placed. Their standard return window and label process apply; you start a return from the order page in your store account.
Before you return for size
A surprising number of size returns are actually adjustment issues: a ratchet strap threaded over the release lever, or a rigger buckle fed on the wrong side of the keeper. The feature notes on each product page describe how the buckle is meant to thread and release. Two minutes there saves a week of shipping.
Cut straps
A trimmed cut-to-fit strap cannot be restocked, so trim only after confirming the size with the buckle on. Trim conservatively: strap hidden inside the buckle costs nothing.
The 18-month leather warranty
If a leather ratchet belt fails inside 18 months, write to [email protected] with your order confirmation and a photo of the fault. Warranty cases are handled by us directly even when the return window at the store has closed.
