One waist number, every chart
Our belt families do not share a size chart. The trouser belts run Small to XXX-Large, the slide-buckle model uses six steps of its own from 29 to 53 inches, and the duty set is sized over a jacket and holster. That is 9 charts to cross-check by hand, or one field below.
Use your pant-waist size, the number on your trousers, not a tape measurement over the hip bone. Every chart we print works from that number.
Why the charts differ
A ratchet strap is cut to a length and the buckle takes up the slack, so the chart really describes how much strap you can remove. The rigger belts adjust by webbing feed and cover wider spans per size. The duty belt assumes you wear it over clothing and gear, which pushes each size up. Same waist, three different answers, and all three are correct for their mechanism.
The braided family sits outside all of this: no chart, the pin lands anywhere in the weave. See the braided belts.
